Here is a Firefox add-Vego using for quite some time and truth? Could not be happier. It is a tool to "monitor" the codes of a page (css and html) and modify them "live", ie, modifying the code can see the changes made, but without altering the page itself. It is the dream of anyone who hand finish your layout without having to store and update, and without running the risk of damaging it permanently.
Some of its benefits (or give them more useful)

off-line: enough to have saved the entire page on the hard drive and then work on it in Firefox without needing an internet connection.
